The hotel offers fresh and clean rooms, but there was some dust in corners and issues with the bedsheet. On the positive side, it provides free WiFi and private parking on-site. Service was exceptional, especially at reception and in the restaurant, with attentive staff making the stay hassle-free. The location is top-notch, near various attractions and giving a relaxing vibe, yet not the liveliest part of the city. The dining experience was great with a wide selection of tasty foods. Overall, a comfortable stay with minor room issues overshadowed by excellent service and convenient location.
The hotel is located right in the center of the CBD, making it super convenient for exploring the city with shops and offices nearby. The rooms are spacious, functional, and clean, plus the tram stop is just a stone's throw away. However, the rooms lack some basic amenities like a hairdryer and coffee, and the pillows could be more comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The room was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, but it did get quite hot with the air conditioning running all night. The noise from the bus terminal outside was a bit bothersome. The service was a bit hit or miss; while they eventually refunded my cost, it took multiple attempts to get things right. The location was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants and a great facility. Unfortunately, the dining experience was subpar, with some issues regarding the breakfast service.
